1. Al Nolletti – Nolles Ridge Subdivision – 800 Fenimore Road – Proposed Seven Lot Subdivision which includes one conservation lot and six buildable lots; includes an access road, utilities, stormwater pond and retaining walls – Hahn Engineering. Coastal Consistency Certification
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Casimiro and Dominic Marchese – 1250 Flagler Drive – Maintenance of Existing Seawall and New Residence with Drainage System. Coastal Consistency Certification and Flood Plain Development Permit.
2. Steven Leicht – 726 The Crescent – Remove timber floating docks measuring 10’ x 20’, 4’ x 10’, 4’x 52’ and 8’ x 35’, install new timber floating docks measuring 10’ x 24’, 6’ x 48’ and 12’ x 35’. Coastal Consistency Certification.
